To ensure the success of our stylists and to respect their time as well as our other guests, we enforce the following policies:
- Cancellation Policy:
- If a client provides less than 24-hour notice it will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
- NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of service amount
- Product returns must be within 7 days of purchase
- To book an appointment at A2 Salon we need a card on file to hold your appointment
We ask all clients to please show up for their appointment(s) on time and not be tardy. As we make it our mission to respect each clients time, we ask the same of them.
